Admission Criteria:-

Minimum Educational Eligibility Criteria For Admission To GNM:

  • 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 45% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board.
  • Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government.
  • However Science is preferable 10+2 with English having 45% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  • 10+2 with English having 45% of marks in vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/ State/Centre
  • Registered ANM with pass mark.

Reservation

  • For disabled candidates: 3% Disability reservation to be considered with a disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity and other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification will be the same as prescribed for each nursing programme.
  • Note : A committee to be formed consisting of a medical officer authorized by the medical board of state government and a nursing expert in the panel which may decide whether the candidates have the disability of locomotor of 40% to 50%.
  • 5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates
  • Any other reservation as per the State Govt.

Note :- Reservation shall be applicable within the sanctioned number of the seats by INC and not above it.

Admission of students shall be once in a year.

Students shall be medically fit.

Minimum age for admission will be 17 years. (as on 31st December of that year) The upper age limit is 35 yrs. For ANM/ for LHV, there is no age bar.

Fees Structure:-

  • Tuition fees 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand only) tuition fees per annum.
  • Fees according to the Rajasthan Govt. and policies of the Institute.

Examination:-

  • Student shall have one regular examination followed by a supplementary examination in a year.
  • If a candidate fails they can be promoted to next year.
  • A candidate can take any number of attempts with a condition that the maximum period allowed is 6 years. However, all previous papers need to be cleared before appearing in the final examination.
  • No institution shall submit student average internal marks more than 75% in overall average score in the class.
  • Minimum pass marks should be 50% in each of the Theories and practical paper separately.
  • Minimum pass marks shall be 40 % for English only.
  • Theory and Practical exams for Introduction to Computer to be conducted as School exams and marks to be sent to the SNRC/Board for inclusion in the marks sheet.
  • The maximum number of candidates for the practical examination should not exceed 20 per day.
  • All practical examinations must be held in the respective clinical areas.
  • One internal and one external examiner should jointly conduct practical examination for each student.

  • 12 Photos
  • All originals are to be submitted at the time of admission.

Uniform:-

For Clinical Duty

Girls :- White Salwar, Kurta, Dupatta, Apron, White Shoes & Socks.

Boys :- White Shirt, Trouser, Apron, Black Shoes & White Socks.

For Class

Girls :- Prescribed according to institute's policy.

Boys :- Prescribed according to institute's policy.
